1899 English Sterling Silver Punch/Presentation Bowl by William Gibson & John Langman
. Sold by Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Co. in London. This is a large bowl at 16.5" across and 10" high.  This bowl was purchased from the estate of Governor Almond in Richmond, VA.
Stunning piece to display in any home or office!
There is a monogrammed dedication on the bottom side of the foot that reads, "Governor and Mrs. J. Lindsay Almond, Jr. Roanoke's First Governor and His Lady From Their Devoted Roanoke Friends January 10, 1958.
Hallmark struck on side of bowl.
