1990 Barbie Magical Mansion, great rare house. Please note, this does have some missing items like the living room light. The front porch light is included however I have not tested it or the doorbell to see if they work. This was in storage and I received it at an estate sale, so as you can see in the photo there is some water spots on the walls. I have taken it upon myself to purchase the instructions so that I can check if all pieces are here for the structure and I can say the major pieces are here. Some of the plastic on the roof pieces are loose as well as some of the attachment pieces are loose but in the box for you to figure out perhaps how to attach back to the pieces. One of the bay windows does have a small break (not photoed) but will attach to the house just fine. Also in the photo is the area of the front of the house on the edge that is bent some but with it attached should be ok . If you would like to see what it looks like I will be happy to send a pic. Since this house is so big I would rather do a local pickup, however Shipping will be handled by UPS if interested, who will also be handling the wrapping and caring for this before them shipping out.
