NEW vials or Geocache containers. They are about 5.4 inches long with the cap on.  The caps have the ring so you can seal them. When you screw the lid tight for the first time the container seals, so FTF will break the seal like opening a new bottle of soda.  These are extra thick, shatter resistant, also known as unexploded soda bottles. They hold
one and a half
fluid ounces.  Tubes are manufactured in the US, caps unknown.
The top has wide opening
about 7/8 (.856")
of an inch, large enough for retrieving a paper log as long as five inches. The 5 inch wide log lets you pull it out with a finger.  Other cachers have attached a wire tie or a dowel to one edge to make getting the log out easier.

These containers will hold liquids, etc. Great for crafts and other small parts.
If the lid was to break, you could replace with a standard soda bottle screw cap.
They do hold 2 AA batteries with the lid on see pictures.      :)
Shipped in a recycled bubble or padded envelope.  Shipping for one (set of 3) first class is the best value for shipping.
