Refund & Returns
The item must be returned in its original condition and not been worn with all the tags and labels attached, if this applies to the product.
You will need to go into your purchase history and select the item purchased from Top Brand Labels and then select 'request a return', once I have received this request I will accept it and then issue the refund on its return.
It is VERY important that you leave a note inside with your user ID and name clearly stating the reason for return and the action required by myself.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
We will only return the original cost of the item purchased and we will not refund any postal costs, unless the problem was caused by ourselves i.e. we have sent an incorrect size/colour or incorrect item or if the item is clearly faulty.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item as the responsibility for the returned item is with you.

All our items are posted by either Royal Mail First Class post or 48 Hour Royal Mail tracked service unless you state special delivery which will be posted by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and signed for service.
