Ehrlichia Canis Ab Rapid Test is based on indirect lateralflow immunochromatographic assay. The test devicehas a testing window. The testing window has aninvisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. Whensample is applied into the sample hole on the device, theliquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. Ifthere are enough Ehrlichia Canis antibodies in the sample,a visible T band will appear. The C band shouldalways appear after a sample is applied, indicating a validresult. This means, the device can accurately indicatethe presence of Ehrlichia Canis antibodies in the sample.
Results are ready in 5-10 minutes.
