Stunning condition Circa 1840 Black Glass (Olive Green) Pontil Shear Top Antique Wine Mallet Bottle.
The Bottle stands 11 1/4" tall and has a base diameter is 3".
Super clean very nice bottle.
The crude shear top has the applied ring which the glass blower did after the making of the bottle itself for extra strength to the bottle for the cork.
The base of the bottle shows the pontil mark created when the bottle was being made.
