Dual LED Flasher Kit

For sale in this listing is a Dual LED Flasher Kit.
This kit is designed for beginners in electronics. The purpose for this kit is to teach the user about how the 555 Timer IC functions and how to utilize it's operation for the purpose of timing and cycles.
After the user has successfully assembled this kit, the finished product will make two LEDs flash alternately from each other in half-second intervals and a 1-second cycle period, or about 60 flashes per minute. The flashing should appear similar to a railroad crossing or other traffic signal flashing alternately. The LEDs pictured in the kit are the default LEDs included but you may request super-bright LEDs in red, yellow, green or blue at no additional cost. Please be sure to ask for them if you do not want the default LEDs.
Every user is expected to have a basic understanding of electronics schematics, simple electrical principles such as Ohm's Law and a basic understanding on soldering components to a Printed Circuit Board. Also each user is expected to provide their own tools for assembly. If you would like us to pre-assemble a kit for you, please ask that question before buying.
