English free blown olive green (black glass) seal bottle with a hand tooled lip, pontil scar and an applied seal embossed with the Carew family crest. It
belonged to Sir. Reginald Pole - Carew (1849 - 1924) a British Army officer and came from his wine cellar. The Carew family was from Haccombe, Newton Abbott, Devon, England.

Circa 1780's
Size -
Approximately 10 + 1/8 inches at it's highest point by 3 + 5/8 inches across the bottom
Condition -
Age appropriate, some imperfections on the inside of the lip that occurred in the making, some tiny open bubbles,
