Pontiled Flint Glass French / European Food Or Berry Jar-Free Blown -1850s
Offered is a selection consisting of one vintage original Pontiled French or European Food bottle dating between 1850 and 1860.The bottle is hand blown in mold(BIM)and has a rounded cork top finish.The lot includes:
1)--A 9"tall,2 1/2 diameter round free blown beautiful colorless Flint Glass French or European Food bottle.The lip is a large rounded thick applied ring, mouth opening is 1 1/2” wide.Bottom features a jagged 1 1/2"diameter pontil mark.Dug,some light ground hazing,no damage.!
