The first cover is from Johnstown PA. It is missing two matches. The second generic on the front side, but inside, it mentions a Jolly Roger in Waikiki and  five places in California. It is unused. The last cover is also generic on the front but lists the same places as the previous cover. It also is unused, but has some slight wear on a couple of matches.
