Lot of 2 Vintage La Belle Ready Slide File Boxes 6" Slide Magazines
This is a lot of 2 Vintage La Belle brand "Ready Slide File Boxes".
Each is a yellow cardboard box with a black lid. There are blank "Subject" lines on the end of each box to label the subject of the slides, and a blank index form inside each box lid to list individual slides. Each box contains 2 metal slide holder 6" magazines with metal slide retainer inserts.
One box has writing on the top of the lid, but the subject lines and index form are blank. The slide magazines in this box have some rust on them. It is light, and should come off fairly easily.
There are no markings on the other box, and the magazines in this box are in very good condition, with no rust.
Each box shows some light scuffing and wear, especially at the edges and corners, and on the bottom of the box. It is all age-appropriate wear, and overall, this lot is in good pre-owned condition.
