    Description

    ~ Lovely English Georgian Silver Oval Navette or Boat Form Salt Cellar ~
    ~ Made in London in 1810 by Walter Brind During the Reign of George III ~
    This Classic Georgian Sterling Silver Salt Cellar is in the Oval Navette Form with thread banding to rim and foot.
    It measures 4" L x 2 1/4" W x 2 5/8"H, and weighs 76 grams.
    This salt has 5 hallmarks under the base;
    Makers' Mark 'WB' for Walter Brind,
    Lion Passant,
    Leopard's Head Crowned,
    Date Letter 'P' for 1810 London,
    Duty Mark.
    There are a few very shallow knocks from use that in our opinion do not detract from its' use and beauty.
    We've tried to show this in the photos, however please send us a question if further clarity is required.
