**The OrthoVet splint will not support injuries to the Knee or Stifle on the limb.
Sizing Information and Video Instructions:
“A” Measurement: This measurement is the
total length of the splint
. Using a flexible tape measure, begin by placing it under the animals foot and measuring from the longest toenail extending up the back of the limb, over the Hock to just below the dog’s knee. (Place the limb as if the animal were in a standing position.) Note: A custom-made Stifle splint is required for Knee injuries.
“B” Measurement: The measurement is taken from the Hock and extending down the back side of the limb, under the foot to the longest toenail. (Place the limb as if the animal were in a standing position.)
Feline Size:    For cats & small dogs less than 10 lbs.
X-Small dog:  For dogs 10-25 lbs.
Small dog:      For dogs 25-40 lbs.
Medium dog:  For dogs 40-65 lbs.
Large dog:      For dogs 65-85 lbs.
X-Large dog:  For dogs 85+ lbs.
Over 100 lbs. require a custom-made product
