    Description

    Soviet Russian Badge "The commander of the submarine" USSR . The breastplate "the Commander of the submarine of Navy fleet of the USSR" has been confirmed by the order of the national commissioner of Navy fleet of the USSR № 383 from October, 16th, 1943, the city of Moscow. In the order it has been written about the right of carrying of a breastplate of the commander of the submarine
    I order:
    1. Established by my Order № 170 from July, 12th, 1942 a breastplate of the commander of the submarine to carry to all officers of underwater fleet of the Navy fleet, occupying and occupying posts of the commander of the submarine, from the moment of their admission to independent management of the submarine.
