    Description

    Offered from a local NJ estate is an ornate blade Edwardian
    Sterling Silver BUTTER KNIFE made in Birmingham England by
    H&T Hilliard & Thomason date stamp looks like 1899 but a bit obscured and could be 1847-1890
    The scooped blade is chased with scrolling on entire top rim and engraved in script with: E. L. Evans
    Back has a thick scroll and leaf applied decorative support
    7 5/8" long with overall light scratches and nick consistent with age
