This is a used car sales promotion for Tetsujin 28-go, a collaboration between TOYOTA and Hikari Pro.
Start dash at a used car store in TOYOTA! It will be the banner that was actually used at the Toyota Special Used Car Fair.
The Tetsujin 28-go banner was used for about a year from 1996 to 1997.
However, because it changed from season to season, each streamer was exhibited for only about 3 months!
It became a proper official license banner,
