This a full size reproduction of Fort Bragg recruiting poster 601-71. It has been reproduced on poster weight paper and is suitable for framing.The poster design was originally printed in November of 1989. This is a full size poster that measures 17" wide by 22" tall. This poster design was distributed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Home of the Airborne, to encourage the increase in Airborne Ranger qualified soldiers. The poster reads "OUR FLAG STILL STANDS FOR FREEDOM... BUT FREEDOM ISN'T FREE! REENLIST BE ALL YOU CAN BE". It shows one hard core trooper with a M-60 in one hand and a Gurky knife in an other, claymore mine and K-bar strapped to his leg with a pack full of law rockets and a bazooka. This poster would make a great addition to any collection or an excellent gift to that Ranger you know.
