Vintage 70's RADLEE dresslike DASHIKI w/Angel Wing Arms small-read description

Description

Here is a RADLEE, long dress like, Dashiki ...it was found in the items I
had stored in my home for my brother...he bought this when he was in the
US ARMY in Germany back in the later 70's.  This was probably for his
girlfriend that was still in the states back then.
This one looks to have not been worn.
The tag reads 100% cotton, small, RN50634 and made in Hong Kong.
The color is an ivory white...not what looks to be bright white in the pics.
I don't know how to measure it but I tried with a rule in a few pics, I
got these approximate measurements...
40 inches across the entire top,
56 inches from top to bottom,
28 inches from top to bottom of the hanging 'Angel Wing' sleeves,
31 inches across the bottom.
There are sewn slits up the sides at the bottom...approximately 5" long.
