Mayan calendar, dating system of the ancient Mayan civilization and the basis for all other calendars used by Mesoamerican civilizations. The calendar was based on a ritual cycle of 260 named days and a year of 365 days. This a beautiful plaque of the Mayan calendar. It’s a preowned plaque in good condition, no chips no cracks. I don’t know what it’s made of, it’s very light, with a diameter of 8 1/2 inches, with a hook for hanging. A great addition to your Aztec/Mayan collection or your beautiful home decor.
