VINTAGE NATIVE AMERICAN BEADED MOCCASINS; Sinew Sown 1900's; CHILD

Description

Here's a very rare pair of children's moccasins.
Plains Indian's.
Leather is still supple, beads are mostly intact.
These are sinew sown except the beads are done with old linen thread.
I have never seen a pair designed like these. Made to fit without having a string
to tie them on.
Old smoke tanned leather with a brain tanned leather edging around the top.
They measure about 6" long.
