Vintage Nova Scotia license plates scarce 1960's series LOT of 9 tags LIC0711

In this listing - a lot of 9 vintage 1960's Nova Scotia license plates that run from a very scarce 1952 as well as a rare 1957 - right through to 1969 with the exception of 1963.  That plate year is extremely hard to find because the province went with a sticker in the windshield.    These old sixties plates are getting very hard to find and very pricey.  On a recent road trip picking I checked with over a dozen vendors and none had a 1960's plate - even in rough condition - for less than .00.  The 1966 is tough to get.
This was the year the province was switching to the little stickers rather than producing an embossed plate every year.  The 1969 plates are good finds - one with a 1970 sticker and one with a 1971.   All in all a 10 year run at a good price for the collector or reseller.  The plates came from the closeout of a local antiques store where they sold for .00 each and up.  The total retail value in the store of this lot was 5.00
