    Description

    Vintage Science Fair Metal Detector by Radio Shack / Tandy. I'm assuming it was a kit that was built, but I can't find any info on the internet. I put a battery in it to test it and it actually works. Moving it through the air, the needle moves from red to blue when it gets near metal. Looking at the graphics, I'd say it dates to the 1970s or 80s. About 6" x 3".  Very good shape with some wear on the bottom. Graphics and gauge on top look nice.
