INTENDED USE
:
The Wondfo Fincubator is a portable instrument of constant temperature incubation which is applied on test cartridges and detection buffers.  This product is
used in ensuring the accuracy and stability of test results of Finecare series instruments such as the Wondfo Vet Finecare unit.  This product provides a constant temperature incubating environment for the immunofluorescence test cartridges and buffer solution (mainly the Wondfo Progesterone Test Cartridges). With the incubation environment, certain test kits of immunofluorescence reagents which are highly affected by temperature can be tested stably, and thus ensure the accuracy and stability of the test results of Finecare series instruments in different geographic areas.
PRINCIPLE:
The Fincubator utilizes Peltier to achieve the heating or refrigeration control, the fan to achieve air convection inside and outside the instrument, the digital temperature sensor to detect the real-time temperature of the instrument, and utilizes the PID software algorithm to achieve the closed-loop control of the temperature.  All these factors come together to realize a constant temperature inside the Fincubator.
The setting of the instrument parameters and automatic heating & cooling.  After turning the Fincubator "ON", the unit automatically detects the ambient temperature.  When the ambient temperature is higher then the preset target temp, the unit automatically starts refrigeration; and when the ambient temp is lower than the preset target temp, the unit automatically starts heating.  Once heating or cooling reaches the target temperature it is at this time the unit is ready for test cartridge inserting and then it begins to incubate.  A preset timer will also start once the test cartridge is inserted.  An alarm will sound nice test cartridge has finished the incubation and is ready to be read by the test machine.
This unit is also cable of reaching a constant temperature incubation of the buffer solution.  When the Fincubator reaches a stable state of temperature, for heating the buffer solution, you can insert the supplied heat transfer rod of buffer solution, and then put the buffer solution tube into the heat transfer rod to incubate.
This product is sold as an accessory to the Wondfo Vet Finecare Machine and not a necessity...However, it does remove the possibility of inaccuracies of readings which may play a part due to temperature variations in geographical locations...This unit is for taking another step towards removing the temperature variable when performing a lab test and achieving the most accurate result possible!
